They are already messing with my vote

As an overseas voter, I was very surprised when I did not receive my general election ballot as required under the law. After inquiry, it appears that Counties and States are failing to send ballots by the deadline, which was 45 days before the General Election, or Sept 19th. I was required to re-send my Federal Postcard Application, which is a kind of absentee ballot good for the whole year, for mail-in voting. I was require to apply a second time to receive authorization to vote. This change was made by my county elections office without notice, and seemingly without the support of the law. UOCAVA, Overseas, Military, Absentee, and Mail-In voters should check that they are properly registered with their county elections office.
