Student visas: Somewhere between 1,500 and 4,700 international students had their visas revoked. Courts issued 50+ TROs across 16 federal districts. On May 23, 2025, Judge Jeffrey White issued a nationwide preliminary injunction that forced ICE to restore deleted SEVIS records.
