A fence, electric (time lapse)

A time lapse of my electric fence installation. My neighbor replaced our sturdy, but old, wooden fence with a plastic decorative fence. She then began complaining when her dog and mine would go anywhere near it. After recently being awoken to more complaints at 5 AM, I decided to install my own fence to keep my dogs away.
The fence zaps anything touching it once every few seconds. It feels like a static electricity discharge. It doesn't hurt much but you don't want to hold on to it. Of course, I tested my fence on myself.
