The Electronic Frontier Foundation has filed a Motion to Reconsider in the case of Watch Tower Bible & Tract Society v. Reddit, where the Jehovah's Witness parent organization appears to be using copyright law to unearth a "mole" or "leak". The redditor, Darkspilver, has the EFF as representation - Reddit has sided with them as well. The previous court ruling had allowed the identity of Darkspilver to be disclosed to Watch Tower's in-house counsel on an "attorney's eyes only" basis.
