A longer-than-I-thought update on the Matt Hoss v. h3h3 lawsuit. We'll talk about Judge Forrest, the basics of beginning a copyright lawsuit, "service of process", the motion to dismiss, what happened to the motion to dismiss, and where we are now. tl;dr: not much has happened and we're waiting for something to happen.
