Jimmy Buffett's "Margaritaville" recently won a trademark dispute against the registrant/applicant of "Marijuanaville". I'll go over the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board's opinion and offer some opinions of my own. The board's opinion is instructive on trademark likelihood of confusion.
