Ilsa is having Dog ACL Surgery (TPLO)

Update: Ilsa is out of surgery and recovering well. The Doctor says he right knee will recover fully. He did foresee that her left knee will probably go sometime in the future as well. Her hips should not need medical attention. I pick her up tomorrow and will post more video then.
