h3h3 lawsuit: So Many Complaints & an Answer that Denies Everything

Presenting an update to the h3h3 lawsuit! Finally! Hurrah! Actually, there's so much to talk about, it's going to be in three or four parts. This first part will catch us up to Thanksgiving. We'll talk briefly about the allegations in the complaints and answer. Then we'll go over discovery and the motion to compel. In the next video, I'll go over how the motion to compel got granted, and how h3h3's attorneys were able to undo their mistake. Then, I'll also cover the request for Sanctions filed by the Kleins and the request for a protective order filed by Mr. Hoss.
