Judge Not Impressed by Angsty “Annoyance” Attorney – Booted by Bailiff

A New York “Annoyance Law” attorney was escorted out of court after nearly instantly having a “disrespectul” reaction to the Court’s questions. As usual, there is more to the case than a first glance reveals!

Lawyer Unleashes Barrage of Insults at Allstate, gets Hauled Into Court

Plaintiff’s Attorney Christopher Hook allegedly used abusive and inappropriate language and threats while negotiating an insurance claim lawsuit. Judge Otis Wright (of “Star Trek” opinion fame) has scheduled a hearing. We’ll cover Hook’s response next week!

Liebowitz Can’t Stop Lying & Judges Can’t Stop Smacking Him Down

“Copyright Troll” Richard Liebowitz was accused of lying – again – but instead of eating crow while it’s young and tender, he chose to Motion for Judge Kaplan to Recuse himself for “Bias”. Let’s see how that went.

Sanctions! JUDGES REACT to Lawyer’s Shockingly Incompetent Appeal Brief

“Indeed, the appeal is utterly frivolous and [Plaintiff]’s monstrosity of an appellate brief is incoherent, so we also order her lawyer to show cause why he should not be sanctioned or otherwise disciplined under Rules 28 and 38 of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure.”
