The plot thickens! The attorney (Christopher Hook) in an insurance suit against Allstate didn’t have authorization to represent his clients. His argument against Allstate is that his behavior in settlement negotiations isn’t admissible to the court as evidence.

Judge James Donovan did not like Copyright “Troll” Richard Liebowitz’s apparent shirking of procedure. He has been summarily “disbarred” by the Northern California District Judge.

MORE SANCTIONS!! Sued by Liebowitz, Vox Raises Forgery Accusations

“Copyright Troll” Richard Liebowitz is back in the news already (we just released a story on him yesterday, Friday the 4th). This time he’s accused of forging a client’s signature on official discovery responses.
