Copyright Trolls Prenda Law, Paul Hansmeier, and John Steele had their copyright extortion scheme exposed and shut down by Judge Otis Wright of the Central District of California. He and his clerk famously wrote the Opinion in the style of “Star Trek”.
Plaintiff’s Attorney Christopher Hook allegedly used abusive and inappropriate language and threats while negotiating an insurance claim lawsuit. Judge Otis Wright (of “Star Trek” opinion fame) has scheduled a hearing. We’ll cover Hook’s response next week!
