Who Owns Your Data? Abbott Diabetes Care has sent a Cease & Desist letter to Github over code that allows patients to obtain their Blood Sugar data – and export it to another app – something Abbott Diabetes claims is copyright infringement.

The ENTIRE Music Industry sues ISP Charter Communications for BitTorrent File-Sharing

The Music Industry, led by Warner Brothers, is suing Charter over DMCA Safe-Harbor allegations that Charter failed to enforce a termination policy for repeatedly infringing users. Magistrate Judge Michael Hegarty from Colorado makes his Recommendations in favor of the Labels.

Last Party Standing: NetEase files for Dismissal of PUBG Lawsuit

PUBG Not-a-Clone “Rules of Survival” developer NetEase has been sued by PUBG Corporate over allegations of copyright infringement.

NetEase has responded to the lawsuit with a Motion to Dismiss.
