ICANN removed Price Caps for some gTLDs (.org) and invited required notice-and-comment from the public, only to issue a statement about how it doesn’t need to actually take those comments into account, and it only needed to invite comment to fulfill its obligations. Is this the end of cheap domain name registrations?
