Copyright “Troll” Denied AGAIN; Florida Judge Cites Geolocation

Judge Ursula Ungaro from the Southern District of Florida has denied a Motion of Copyright Plaintiff “Strike 3 Holdings, LLC” for a Subpoena to an ISP.
