Dr. Seuss / Star Trek Mash-up: The EFF Arrives with Fair Use Cavalry!

The EFF, Public Knowledge, and others have joined an Amicus or friend-of-the-court Brief in favor of ComicMix and the Mash-Up of Star Trek and Dr. Seuss. ComicMix won on Fair Use grounds at the District Court but Dr. Seuss Enterprises has appealed to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
